A research-oriented decision-making system applying Multi-Objective / Multi-Reward Reinforcement Learning (MORL) to smart farming. The project models a farming System-of-Systems combining weather stations, soil sensors, drones, irrigation controllers, and the DSSAT crop simulation platform.
The environment evaluates multiple objectives simultaneously, including crop yield, water efficiency, energy consumption, and system resilience, while simulating sensor faults and changing environmental conditions. A reinforcement learning agent learns to make mission-oriented decisions and balance these competing objectives.
